Simply use our online booking tool on the website. There you can select the date, time, and your consulting focus
What do I need for the consultation?
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, as well as a stable internet connection. Also, have your current skincare products ready.
Do I have to remove my makeup before the consultation?
Yes, so that our experts can assess your skin as accurately as possible, we recommend that you attend the consultation without make-up.
How long does the online skin consultation take?
A session usually lasts approximately 15–30 minutes – depending on the topic and questions.
How does the consultation work?
We'll meet via video call. After a brief analysis of your skin, you'll receive personalized tips and product recommendations, which we'll then also send to you by email.
Do I have to pay for the consultation?
The consultation is completely free and non-binding.
Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
Should you be unable to keep your appointment, please send us a brief email to: hautberatung@no-cosmetics.de. We will be happy to find a new appointment for you.
