Tasks you will take on
- Sales Planning & Monitoring: Creation of budgets, forecasts and performance of target-actual variance analyses
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Calculation of key figures, margin analyses and creation of reports for management
- Consulting: Active support of the sales department in commercial matters and development of recommendations for action
- Process Optimization: Analysis and improvement of sales structures, conditions, and systems
- Market Analysis: Monitoring of competition and customer potential
Qualities you score with
- Completed degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable education, often with a focus on controlling/finance
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and DATEV knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication skills for the interface function between sales and finance

Tasks you will take on
- Customer advice and sales:
You advise our customers on our product range and help them find the right products. You ensure first-class customer service and a unique, positive shopping experience. You actively support sales and contribute to achieving the store's goals. - Merchandise presentation and care:
You take care of the appealing presentation of our products in the store, ensure that all items are clearly visible and neatly placed, and help restock the storage drawers. - Merchandise ordering and inventory control:
You assist with ordering goods and controlling inventory. Through regular inventory checks, you ensure that goods are always available and that no bottlenecks occur. - Event support:
You are present during store events and actively support their execution. This includes greeting guests, assisting with store preparation, and looking after participants during the event. - General store support:
You take care of daily tasks in the store, create a pleasant atmosphere, and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day business.
Qualities you score with
